A Letter from Our Founder.

“My passion for outdoor adventure led me to become a local guide in Sapa years ago, where I deeply fell in love with the raw beauty of the mountains and the heartwarming spirit of indigenous communities. But as tourism boomed, seeing pristine places lose their soul to over-commercialization weighed heavily on me. I knew travel had to change.

Guided by sustainable tourism standards from Travelife, I founded HerGo Travel with Ha Giang as our starting point. For me, 70% of Ha Giang’s true magic doesn’t just live in its grand landscapes—it lives within its people: their rich heritage, resilient spirit, and everyday lives.

HerGo Travel is not an NGO; it is my personal mission to craft meaningful journeys where conscious travelers truly connect with local hearts, ensuring every step we take together directly empowers the community”

Franky, Founder of HerGo Travel.
